Decreas in movement

I know that towards the end there is a decrease in movement due to lack of space.

I'm now 35wk 4 days. For the last week I haven't felt the baby move much at all. I'm use to feeling her all day long she would wake me up through out the night even.

I will eat and drink a glass of juice and try to see if I can get her to move. Sometimes it's hours later that I get a faint movement. I will push on her and she wont react like she use to.

I'm pretty concerned. Should I be? Or is this decrease in movement normal for this stage of pregnancy?

I went to the ER on Wed night for a sharp pain I was getting in my ribs and there was a very strong heartbeat of 130 which it's usually in the 155-160 range. She was pretty active also. She doesn't like that monitor around my belly. but since then I haven't had much movement. I try to do a kick count and all I get is slight movement. I don't get kicks anymore just rolling from one side to the other.

I would call your doctor or go into the ER to make sure that everything's ok. I know as you get further they don't really kick anymore, just roll around and push, but from what you've posted it doesn't even seem like you get much of that now. I would go just for peace of mind.

I agree with Clysta its better to go and get some peace of mind even if nothing is wrong. I pray that nothing is, I know when my mom was pregnant with my brother that she had something similiar when we got to a few weeks before she had him cause there just wasnt room to move alot and especially did with my twin brothers. Keep us updated! Its always better to go and get peace of mind then worry.

Of course I'm wondering if I'm worring for no reason and I get home eat and drink a bottle of ice cold water. She hasn't stopped moving for almost 2 hours now.

I have my next appointment on Thursday and an ultrasound. I will be bringing this concern up to my Dr.
