Pregnancy over????

I went to gp last monday due to having a twinge on right lower side i have calculated im should be now 6w6d so when i went ot gp was 6w she refered me to early pregnant to check if its ectopic i had a scan and interna one on tuesday and was told he couldnt see anything i had a blood test and had to go back 48 hours later to check hcg levels well on the wednesday evening i went back as i was getting mid stomach pains i had another abdominal scan and internal she told me she could see yolk sac and yolk egg and she cant see any signs of ecptopic so as you can imagine i was on a high i have had no bleeding by the way went for 2nd blood test thursday to then get phone call saying blood test inconclusive result possible ectopic  emergency scan friday had this done and again nothing was seen on scan(even though doc saw something weds evening)they told me my hcg levels had gone very slightly from 1400 to 1500 they are now telling me its what they call a gas sac and the pregnancy is not growing as it should i have to go back in 2 weeks for another scan to see if there is any change which i personally dont think there will be as you can imagine i have hit rock bottom gone to a high and come down with a bang i suffered 3 miscarriges 7 years ago and this is my 1st pregnancy since and with my new partner i have hypothyroidism which is under control so i know that hasnt affected it i just feel its such a cruel world i have like i say had no bleeding yet few pains nothing i cant cope with breasts slightly less tender sickness still on and off and discharge still bad thing to say but i just want it over now not sure how much more i can take 1 minute all is ok next i have suspected ectopic again and its not proggressing :( sorry to rant on just sometimes easier like this and to hear any advice or simlar stories from people i dont know x

thanks guys i have appointment 2morrow for a chat to see how im feeling pointless i feel lol but im still clinging to a little bit of hope that next weeks scan may show everything is ok hmmmm not counting chicken yet though will let ya know i i get on x

I am so very sorry that this keeps happening to you :(. I had a previous miscarriage followed by 34 months of ttc. My husband and I were devastated month after month after year. It is a cruel joke how our emotions are toyed with time and again. I am so very sorry.
