Pregnancy results but IUD & Neg hpt

Hey guys, so I have a 3 year old and right now I am not ready to have another child. But lately I been having pregnancy symptoms ( nauseas, apetite increase, dizzy, headache, missed period, white milky discharge), I have the same symptoms as when I was pregnant with my boy. When my son was born a year after (2012) I got the Paragrad IUD, and after I got it I always had a week long heavy period. But last month(August) I only had spotting for 3 days, this month I have not gotten my period & usually get it on the 20th. I did two pregnancy tests but they were negative. I know that the IUD I have is nonhormonal and wnt stop my period but idk what to do.

I had checked but I dnt feel it & I am scared that it may be ectopic. I will probably go to the ER!

I cud b having a tubal pregnancy..I would get checkd asap..a tubal preg cud kill u...

Maybe it fell out? Have you checked for it? I would be concerned because isnt it high risk that it could be ectopic? I would definitely go make an appt with a dr.
