C-section question

Sorry ladies don't know where else to post about this. But how do I get rid of the tenderness I walk enough I think it's just from the point when I sit up to getting up it hurts for a few mins and I have to walk around holding my stomach. Should I massage my stomach? What to do?

I wore an abdominal binder from 24hrs after i had my son till 4weeks post partum. It worked wonders. Never took it off. Only time i did was to shower than it went right back on. It helps so much when getting up bending and walking.

It's gonna be very very tender for at least a week or two, all you can do is take meds and relax. I hope you feel better soon!
