I had a miscarriage a year and a half ago. I have been trying to get pregnant but no luck!!! does anyone have any advice to maybe help conceive?
Hey there, unfortunately getting pregnant can take some time. I had a miscarriage 14 months ago, and i have been TTC ever since. No such luck... i have tried everything..ovulation tests, charting, i know i am healthy and ovulating. For me, there is nothing more i can do. But i would suggest, after you've done the deed, place a pillow under your hips to elevate your uterus to help sperm flow easier... Eat healthy, stop smoking (if u do), lower alcohol intake. Start taking folic acid tablets...
After my miscarriage it took 34 months of ttc before I got pregnant again. It was very frustrating! We saw drs and finally found that I have PCOS once we knew that it was easier to treat. I would suggest seeing your dr see what's going on. Good luck
