Please help, is my symptoms normal or not

Hi beautiful ladies,I'm 20weeks pregnant with my first baby and over the last week I have been having this really annoying sound in my ears.
I constantly hear a heart beat throbbing sound and feel like my ears have their own heart beat. The other night the sound was so loud, I had to turn the tv up lol.

You should probably get your blood pressure checked

What your hearing is the sound of blood being pumped through your head. When pregnant you have double the amount of blood being pumped through your body. It's not a symptom that I know of though. When I was younger I use to hear the samething and would tell my mum I can hear a Train noise, let's just say she thought I was mental lol not till I was an adult that I put 2 and 2 together
