when I went to the obgyn around july I took a pregnancy test and it was negative I had a weird feeling but I was like oh okay , then I went again on sept8 for a checkup because abnormal cells came back in my pap , I took a pregnancy test again and it was postitive , why is that ? just confused . .

You probably just didn't have enough of the hormone producing to show up yet

Could be cause your hcg levels were not high enough to detect you were pregnant.
