Prenatal massage at the spa??

Anyone ever had one? My hubby scheduled us for a couples massage next Monday & since I'm pregnant I wont be getting the deep tissue massage like he is, but instead the prenatal one. I kinda don't know what to expect... regardless I'm happy I'm going lol because my hubby has been slacking with his back rubs.

We got massages almost everyday and she just happily jumped on the table lol. She enjoyed the foot massage the most.

I've been looking into them, and I REALLY want to get one lol. It seems like its very relaxing. :)

Haha he can take one look at me and know I'm pregnant. But not everyone there does them so I had to schedule with a specific guy who specializes in them. I hope it's not some crap rub down or whatever because my body is so tense. Lol. He did say it helps you sleep also. Hopefully it does because I can NEVER sleep anymore.

I attended a massage school and I got to practice on a pregnant girl and she enjoyed it. She even asked for me to do it a little harder. I personally haven't had one :/ but she seemed to like it. All she did was lay on her side and I gave her a full body massage. Very relaxing.

All I know is that you should probably remind them youre pregnant bc there is a nerve or tendon in the heel that if they massage can trigger labor. Enjoy your spa time though you lucky momma!!
