They should be able to find out the sex, I was told at 12wks mine was a boy. They confirmed it again at the 20wk scan and they I had a 3D/4D at 30 wks and he was a boy again. So I think boys are easier to determine than girls...because it can still pop out and be a boy.
Is there a reason why the Dr keeps changing it? My Dr said they would change it unless there was a 2 week discrepancy. You first u/s should be the most accurate, so I would go off of that one... if you had one done.
This is the only one scheduled and my last unless they think there is a problem or cant determine the sex of the baby. I just dont know if insurance will cover an additional if there are no problems.. This is why I am concerned about finding out. It my be my last opportunity..
basically....if your going to have one at like 20 weeks +, then with this ultrasound dont get your hopes up if they cant tell you, because they should tell you at the next one!
i found out at 16 weeks...he was a boy. but i heard its easier to tell if their boys. plus your baby might not be in the right posistion, the doctor might not want to say that early on. you never know.
Hi, thanks for the quick response.. That is what I was estimating s well, but I wasn't totally sure.. Uggh.. I hope they can tell me, otherwise I would have to wait another 4 weeks.. That would be torture for me! =) Thanks again for the input
maybe you would only be 17 weeks
