Eat more of the fruits and vegetables you like.
Cut down on junk food as it's full of empty calories, which have few or no nutrients.
Drink at least six to eight glasses of fluid a day.
Strips of peppers and carrots.
Dried fruit, such as figs, prunes, pears and apricots.
Nuts and seeds, such as almonds or cashews.
Foods to avoid:
Raw seafood, such as oysters or sushi that has not been frozen before preparation.
Cheeses with a white, mouldy rind, such as brie and camembert, and blue-veined cheeses.
Pâté, raw or undercooked meat, poultry, and eggs. Cook all meat until there are no pink bits left and eggs until they are hard.
Just try to be healthy. Eggs ,whole grains, yogurt,, milk, cheese, fruits, veggies, meat (throughly cooked) nuts, beans, are all great for you and baby.
