Overweight & getting worse

Gained 20 lbs so far, only 25 weeks. I was 217 & am now 137. I went running after I found out I gained so much & over did it so ended up with bad cramps, pulled muscle, & spotting. But now I am sad to know I'm limited on workouts, I'm only going to gain more weight),:

We all get that way trust me ( as I'm sitting here eating oreos ) I have to push my self up and out a lot or I would veg in front of their TV all day doing nothing but eating. ( slight bed rest now so I have to be lazy )

Oops, that was a typo, sorry. Now 237. I also took he eating for 2 seriously. I did so good the first few months but the past 2 I've been lazy & over indulgent. Thanks for the advice(:

What was your weight again? May have been a typo...
Either way girl don't worry took much. 20 lbs at 25 weeks is alright. If your Dr isn't worried than either should you. If you are here's what to do. Eat healthy and drink lots of water. Cut out all or most of the yummy junk food we all love so much. As for exercise take it easy. Try walks,  swimming water aerobics and even yoga. Its all stuff that can be done during pregnancy and safe! As long as your Dr oks you with any of what I mentioned have fun.

With my son I gained 60 lbs. I took the eating for 2 thing seriously.
I'm 25+3 with twins and have only gained 2 lbs. ( morning sickness was fun lost 25 lbs... ouch)
Keep your head up. You'll be fine.
