I have been having a ton of cramps but little spotting im about 12 weeks along. Could it be a Miscarriage?
i was told any blood at all go straight to the ER because it could be miscarriage. i went to the er at 6 weeks 4 days for cramps and they said with any blood come back because its not a good sign.
Hi there. Lots of women do have cramping during pregnancy and it doesn't mean something is wrong. It's a really good sign that you are not bleeding hon. Try not to worry. good luck
