Rough ride, lots of bouncing

I am 12 weeks and this past weekend I spent time at my family's ranch in New Mexico in the mountains. Although the drive up there was very, very bumpy to the point where your butt left the seat a few times and you got thrown around. I kept holding on tight and had a pillow around my stomach to protect it from hitting anything. I had to go through this twice (to get up there, and to get down). When we got back home, I started suffering the worst cramps to the point of tears, light screams, and doubling over on the floor, and my lower back was hurting so bad but there was no blood. Could I have hurt the baby? Or did damage or something to it or myself with this ride?

How long would these last? Because mine lasted about 15 hours.
