Is it safe to ride rides at the fair while u are 9 weeks pregnant?

Actually it is.  After 12 weeks once your in your second trimester then it's a big no no.  I asked my doctor and family the same question when I was in the early weeks of my first pregnant because we went to an amusement park for my brothers birthday.
If you don't even look pregnant yet then it's actually fine

I wouldn't do it. The first trimester is critical and after that it's just common sense that pregnant woman should not ride rides ;) better safe than sorry.

No i dont think it is safe.. at amusement parks there are signs specifically stating pregnant women should not ride..
