If your a "runner" then you can continue running. I have 2 friends that ran til 5+ months. Check w doctor first though
You can jog if your doctor okays it. But everything ^^she said is good. I walk 20-30 minutes a day and bought a birthing ball its the same as one of those big gym balls and I exercise with that. They have videos on YouTube on how to exercise on them while pregnant.
Walking squats certain yoga short bike rides but try to stay away from the running
