Neighbors kid wont go away!!!!

we live in a building with four separate apartments we all have yards and private driveways what my driveway is larger because we have the more expensive apartment. so I guess that's why my neighbor's kid comes over every single day with his soccer ball playing in my driveway I really wouldn't mind but he paces back and forth in front of my bedroom and living room windows. I cannot even have my curtains open and feel comfortable because I catch him glancing inside. even more he sits there and kicks the ball and hits my windows and walls over and over! I have been trying not to be a grouchy pregnant lady but is this too much???

thanks girls I just didn't want to be dramatic the hubby barely ask his parents yesterday for him to stop and he's back to doing it again so I finally just called my landlord I'm not going to be responsible for anything that gets damaged

Tell them that you don't mind if he comes few times a week but everyday its kind of extreme.  (Only if you don't mind that he comes over)

If it were me I would talk to the parents of the kid just because that could break your window.

That's not being grouchy. You have the right to have privacy. I would go say something to the parents. Bc if he breaks a window who's going to end up paying for it? Also if you don't feel comfortable you should say something. I would.
