My SON has arrived <3

I started having severe contractions last night it would literally wake me up out of a dead sleep so I ended up just getting out of bed at 4am. Things started to progress FAST. I ended up losing my mucus plug around 5am. Then my contractions average was 5-6mins apart so I called l&d and they wanted me to come in. They ended up admitting me. I chose to get an epidural that never worked. Apparently my spine narrows so the meds can't go through correctly. We tried to do it 2 times and it just never worked correctly. The only thing that it would do is numb is my legs! I was in complete misery. Every pain med they would give me never worked either! I dilated all the way to 8cm and 100% effaced. But for 5 hours I'm not even kidding I was stuck at 8cm. I went through labor with no pain meds because my body wouldn't take to the epidural. So long story short I ended up having to get a c section because I was stuck at an 8 for 5 dang hours. Unfortunately with my epidural not working.....I had to be put to sleep :'( but now my sweet baby boy is here and my heart now beats for him <3 his name is Parker. He weighs 8 pounds and 2 ounces. He's also 21 inches long :) full head of blonde hair and beautiful dark blue eyes.

Congrats I get induced tomorrow at 6am so I kinda only have 4-5 hours until I get everything going I'm super excited... I can't wait to hold the most beautiful princess in my arms

Gettin close :) not going to lie labor is not fun but you instantly forgot when you see babies face <3
