Where is AF?

Hey ladies. Just a quick background. I was on bcp for about a month but I stopped taking them because I didnt like the way they made me feel. Taking them really messed up my cycle. Now i hAve no idea where I am in my cycle. The past few days my breast have been hurting off and on. After I ate lunch today I felt naceous. I didn't actually throw up I drunk some water and the feeling went away. I started cramping yesterday and now it's 1:50am est time and I'm still cramping but there is no blood. I'm so confused as to what is going on. I don't know if AF is coming, this is the effects of bc, or if I may have a bfp? I don't wanna think too much into it cause I'll be less disappointted when I get a bfn(which I think I'm probably gonna get). I tried to look it up online and Everything says early sign of pregnancy but i dont wanna get my hopes up. I'm trying to stay positive. It it's so nerve wrecking. Ughh. I'm gonna wait til The morning and see what happens cause AF could come over night? She is sneaky like that. Have this ever happened to any of you? Others symptoms i have is lower back pain. My face is kinda breaking out(not bad though). Idk ladies can you give me some feedback please???

My last period was January 11, 2012. The last time me and dh had sex was January 25,26,28 2012. I was supposed I get AF febraury 7,2012. My nurse me to wait It out til the weekend and if she doesn't show take a hpt.

Being on and coming off birth control, especially the pill can make this happen. It can make your cycles out of whack and cause you to have pretty horrible PMS symptoms. Sometimes it can make you feel that ay and you don't see AF till a couple weeks later. It's just your body adjusting.

The signs of early pregnancy are just the same as the signs of your period about to begin as well as other things - so that's not reliable. When was your last period and when did you last have sex?

I would suggest waiting another week and if you still feel like this and AF hasn't showed then you should take a HPT with first morning urine.
