Okay so I'm 19 years old. I had my normal period on January 19 2015,I was supposed to have one in Feb it never showed up then the same thing in March. As of today March 27th I'm 39 days late on my period.I have had every pregnancy symptom ever it feels like:nausea, super fatigued, frequent urination, mood swings/super emotional, cramps, head aches all the time,I'm pretty over weight but my fiance says my stomach is harder than normal and it feels like I'm always really full from the inside,I eat all the time, some things make me nauseous, things I liked before. All this being said I have taken probably 10 pregnancy tests and they all say negative, but I'm late, have all kinds of symptoms, people keep telling me they think I'm pregnant or that I look pregnant, and I generally feel pregnant! Help someone tell me an experience like this or advice or something

If you miss one period and think there is a slight chance you're pregnant your body will give you false symptoms. Before I had the same problem, I showed all the signs just like you explained, but all the tests came out negative. When I talked to my doctor she said it was a false pregnancy, that I had got myself worked up at the fact that I might be pregnant, that my body was giving me all the symptoms. Now, a year later,  I am actually pregnant I took three tests all positive and have seen my babies heartbeat. You shouldn't worry to much, I would go see a doctor to see if it's real, but most home pregnancy tests are accurate. Still would recommend a doctor. (:

Have you called your doctor at all yet? Did you mention to them that you have missed two consecutive periods?

Make a doctors appointment and get a blood test asap. You may be pregnant but sometimes missed periods and pregnancy symptoms are signs of other conditions. If your period is usually regular it's best to get it checked out.
