Is it normal to experience sharp lower abdomen pain when I sneeze?

I'm 8 weeks, and this is my second pregnancy. Everytime I sneeze, I feel an excruciating pain in my lower abdomen and all I can do is wait for it to subside. Any tips or similar experiences?

Yes. It's because your uterus is growing.

I have had the same thing in both pregnancies. I try and curl up my legs towards my tummy when I can feel one coming and that helps
