Sign of labor or primrose oil side effect?

Sorry if tmi, but I been having the BGs all day,(bubble guts(: ) , basically diareah. I've read this can be a sign of labor, your body cleansing itself. But then again Ive heard primrose oil softens your stool? Am I just psyching myself out, being anxious for my baby?

evening primrose does help soften your poo, but it definately shouldnt give you diareah, so it maybe your body doing the big clense :)
