A small cup of coffee is fine. Avoid herbal teas since many herbs, including chamomile, aren't safe in pregnancy. Peppermint is fine.
One cup is not that bad I have a glass or two a day, or I will have a small can of pop. Another thing to think about is switching to decaf tea. I did it there is no difference at all.
12 oz of home brewed coffee is fine. My doctor said to just not have more than that.
