If you haven't smoked since being pregnant or recently stopped please don't let yourself cave into the temptation! You are in control of yourself so you can find things that will help you get distracted from the want to smoke. As hard as it seems you can do it. Don't pick up that cigarette hunny!
I was a heavy smoker and then was in the process of quitting when I became pregnant. I found the best way to avoid wanting a smoke is working out, lots of water and trying to distract myself lol usually with thoughts of my baby helped
