Permanent! :0 lol thanks for the clarification @iDez. my feet are not longer just my shoes feel tighter. So I'm guessing it's swelling.. but we'll just have to wait and see.
Lol @babyyr I thought this was only happening to me! But you jumped up 3 sizes hopefully they go back to normal.
Some women's feet are just swollen while others feet are actually up to a size biggerr!!
Can’t tell whether your feet are just swollen or if they’re truly growing? Look for longevity. In other words, foot growth will last -- your shoes that feel tight on Monday at 10 a.m. will still feel tight on Thursday at 5 p.m. -- while swelling is bound to fluctuate. Usually, feet are more swollen at night than in the morning, and certain activities and positions, even your diet, can cause them to swell more or less. Compression stockings, the exercises above, regular massage and cardiovascular exercise (as long as your doctor has okayed it) can all help control foot swelling. You should also elevate your feet at the end of the day. While they’re elevated, point and flex at the ankles ,up to 50 times! & to help bring excess fluid up from the feet and legs.
***** i know lol but if your feet grew, and is often PERMANENT !! :-/
What causes it? I know my feet are not swelling. . Do they keep growing every pregnancy???
I thought i was going crazy over this lol. I was size 5 before being pregnant. My feet are so swallon im a 8 now. I hope there just swallon and i go back to my normal size.
Most likely not go back to the size you were.....that happened to me with my first pregnancy, i went up one size and stood with bigger feet, Suckks :/ Hopefully this won't happen to me with this pregnancy .
