Spotting... whats happening to me?

Ok in october i had a normal period (moderate flow changed pad about every 6-12 hrs). Then in November I only spotted, I didnt even need to use a pad because it was only there when i wiped. Now, the blood looked fresh like someone that pricked their finger and wiped it on a tissue. Also, i was extremely nauseaous and it felt like i was having my period but i wasn't. I had also suffered from heart burn and headaches and mood swings. I like different foods that I never had before, and when i took a pregnancy test at home it was very very faintly positive but when i went to the doctors it was negative. Now, this month its been the same thing, I've only had miniscule spotting and only when I wipe. This is driving me crazy because it has never happened to me before. My periods have always been like the way they were in October or even heavier. I don't understand what is going on and I would appreciate some input because I'm going crazy! I don't know if its pregnancy because my grandmother had her period while being pregnant. And I pretty certain its not cancer, I just dont know what could be happening and its hard for me to make it to the doctors because I have no insurance. Any input would be appreciated, thank you.

I think you maybe pregnant, I would go by the one that you took, I bet the one you did at the doctors was later in they day, if you can get another test and do it with first morning wee, I bet you get a darker line this time, good luck
