thank you for answering, it's really people like you that are keeping me form losing my mind! i'm trying my best not to worry!
HPTs can be unreliable if done to early, its very unlikely never to detect pregnancy, due to fact some hcg has to be there for a pregnancy to happen.mostly its due to women testing wrong time of day.but a blood test is the most accurate form,it can detect HCG at very small amount.but definately test again in a week.
One in a million won't get a positive hpt. But when I came off the pill after being on for 6 years AF was nowhere to be found for a while. I had really strange and off cycles for about four months. Actually they never really completely regulated for more than two months at a time. Don't worry! I had strange symptoms afterwards too and my boobs grew a whole cup size!! And I was NOT pregnant.
thanks for answering! i'm only still worried because I read about some women never showing positive EVER on hpts
From what I understand coming off the pill, can play havoc with your cycle for a while.can take time to regulate.wait another week, test again, pregnancy seems unlikely.maybe what your experiencing is impending ovulation.
