Still bleeding 9 weeks pp

Hey ladies, need your advice again .  So, I stopped bleeding 3 weeks after giving birth, then it came back a week later and stayed for a few days then stopped.  So I thought after that great it's stopped but then it started up again first it was bright red then it went to brown, I went and had a scan and the doc said it looks like my period and the retained products coming out but it should stop soon, it's been 3 weeks of bleeding now  and I noticed today and late last night that it has turned red again after being brown and slowing down so I'm a little confused.  Should I go back to doc or wait it out, I do have a history of low iron too so looking after 2 small kids is quite tiring.

I did the same thing they said it was normal

Call in for peace of mind.  My friend bleed for 2 months and that was called normal by her doctor.

I was always told to contact my doctor if pp bleeding went back to bright red after being brown. I would call
