I would say its a cyst.. i had one 5 cm with my first mc and a uti... it was horrible back pain... doc said most like my cyst was causing the back pain. Luckly  it ruptured on it own. Heating pad helps. And ibuprofin 800 mg

Yes, and doctor said it might be due to an ovarian cyst. The scan showed 2 one is 1.2CM and other is 2.7CM. Recent scan showed small one disappeared and large one reduced to 2.0CM. But i m still having the lower back pain.

1.59 is not pregnant, so either you had a chemical pregnancy or an early miscarriage. Have you talked to your doctor about what is going on?

The blood test was due to confirm an ovarian cyst. looks like the blood sample was mixed up. Second blood test showed 1.59 HCG level.

Well, an hcg of 356 is definitely pregnant. I got pregnant April 27th, and I'm 5 months 1 week pregnant, so if the last time you had sex was april 27th, there's no way it's from an april encounter, your hcg would be much higher. Have you had sex recently? I would make sure you do a follow up blood test, because there may have been a mix up in blood samples. Is there a reason you got bloodwork in the first place?
