Subchorionic Hemmorhage anyone?

I am leaving it all in God's hands. I am currently 7weeks 1 day. I am losing it in the meantime sitting on this couch and I am only on hour number 2 and day #1 of self prescribed bedrest.

Went to ER on Easter due to a bleed that evening and cramping since March 8th. After 6 hours I was handed a paper by the ER doc regarding education on Threatened abortion. I was told that I have a subchorionic hemmorhage. Of course I don't know where or how close to the baby (embryo at this point) it is. Nor do I know the size.

I saw my OB yesterday and she said Nothing can be done and it's just a waiting game. She wish she can give me a magic pill, but she has no answers and I can go for a scan next wednesday to see if the bleed is growing. UGH!

Is there anyone with a similar story previously or currently. I am losing my mind. The cramping is mild to moderate. No more bleeding, just cramping and back pain.

I had subchroionic Hemmorage too...I went for an ultrasound when I found out I was pregnant. I was 8 weeks and 4 days...I freaked when they told me I had bleeding and that could lead to a miscarriage. However, today I'm 23 weeks and blessed with a healthy baby boy. All I can recomend is bed rest. If you arent able to do thta, then take it easy...no lifing, no exercising...NOTHING!!   By week 13 of my pregnancy, the bleeding had re-absorbed itself.... and FYI, many many women have this....they just dont know cuz most women dont know they're prego til 10 or so weeks......sooo just relax.

I had one of those a couple of years ago.  It was a blood clot in my uterus that basically "popped".  The dr's told me that I probably wouldn't lose my baby, but I did.  It was my very first miscarriage.  And I was 11 weeks along.  Since then I had 2 more miscarriages and a premature delivery at 23.5 weeks which did not turn out so well.  I have also been diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.  Hopefully they can do some tests to find out why this is happening to you.  I hope things turn out in your favor.  Good luck!

Hey....so sorry that you are having to go through this.  I was diagnosed with the same thing two years ago with my son......turned out to be a totally different condition and what they were seeing was my son's bladder.  I know how scary it is being told that there is nothing that can be done.......maybe you could ask your doctor to send you to a maternal fetal specialist, to make sure that is what is wrong?        GOOD LUCK, AND LOTS OF PRAYERS!

Sorry you're having to go through this.  I'm on bedrest and have been there since week 14, I'm now 28wks.  So I know it's no picnic!  I havent been through what you're going through, but you might want to send alaysha a message.  She had something similiar, if not the same thing happen, and she had a healthy baby girl about 2 1/2 months ago.  Go to community members and you should find her profile towards the end.  She's been on for a long time.  I dont think she gets on as much these days dealing with a newborn and all.  Good luck and keep us updated!
