Summer Pregnancy

My estimated Due date is Sep. 19 which means I'll be pregnant during the summer. I also live in sunny California. Does anyone have any advice on keeping cool when it's really hot?

I was in the first trimester during the summer. It was 110°. I stayed Inside. Lol. If I did leave the house I wore dresses and drank cold water

I live in New Zealand so it's summer at the moment (another 4 weeks left of summer) I'm currently 6 months pregnant. Tips that I found to help me: loose dresses like t-shirt dresses, swimming, drinking lots of water, cool showers, fans at night, keeping my feet up at night, pregnancy yoga that taught me "cooling positions" and BEST ADVICE sleep with a hot water bottle that you have had in the freezer during the day. I would put it at my feet in bed at night

And it's like the tail end of your pregnancy where you are most uncomfortable!!! Stay inside as much as possible or go swimming, which is healthy. Keep hydrated for sure, cool packs and shade.  Maybe one of those misting fans? At least you won't have morning sickness, I did with my 2 pregnancies before and I was sick throughout the entire summer, so awful.
