ob with no kids!!
Ok its so strange to me that my ob doesn't have kids and doesn't want them!!! How can she relate to me when I'm in pain she wouldn't know!!
I have a male OBGYN an i know he doesnt fully understand what pregnancy is like or birth. But he does his job good an keeps my baby an i up to date with everything. I dont know if he has kids even, but i know i trust him.
Your ob may want kids someday maybe because of her job she doesnt anytime soon though :)

My OB is a male too, and honestly, from her own experience wouldn't pertain to you, because your pregnancy is 100% different from hers would be!
Hmm my ob doesn't have any kids either, but my cardiologist doesn't have heart problems. Both are equally as wonderful in my opinion.
My ob is a male and he is amazing. Every pregnancy and labour is different so personal experience really dont matter to me. My doc has been an ob for 15yrs so he has plenty of experience and understands everything I need to talk about.

Probably from past experiences with other patients. It kinda goes for the male obs they never have and never will experience the child birth pain in a personal level.
