I was told have sex every three days. It gives the sperm time to build up again, and will make sure there is always sperm in you if/when you ovulate. Also after sex lay there a bit to give it time to move up into you. Don't rush off and shower straight away as water kills sperm.
Stop trying. In fact, try not to have a baby. Lol. Both of mine were conceived while I was on the pill. Seriously though, the best way to get pregnant is to just relax and let things happen naturally.
It all depends on your fertility and if it's your time or not. Me and the hubby started after my af at the beginning of July had intercourse every night for 2 1/2 weeks then completely stopped and I'm now 11 weeks pregnant. Baby dust to you
Still looking for my BFP on wed so hopefully it worked. Make sure you have sex at least every other day past the day you think you are ovulating and you are sure to hit a fertile day, I also hear you are more likely to get preg having sex a few days before ovulation then on the day beacause the sperm will be waiting for the egg. Also just stay laying down for about 5 min to give them a chance. Dont get up immediately and you need to be taking prenatal vitamins already. Missionary or doggy is good penetration positions.
Track your ovulation, with ovulation predictor kits, or temping, lay flat on your back 15-20 minutes before getting up, have sex every other day throughout days 11-22 of your cycle. Remember the aps that are supposed to track your ovulation aren't always accurate, every woman's cycle is different, and you may not line up with a tracker, so it's more accurate to do OPK's, or temping. Nothing will help you get pregnant faster...sorry....but track your ovulation days have sex when your most fertile...try taking folic acid...its suppose to help your chances of getting pregnant....don't make it a chore...just have fun and enjoy it.
If u have a smartphone down load an app called.mydays I started to use it an got pregnant n a month
