You can have cooked sushi :)
Never eat any thing raw while pregnant, us just really not worth it, seriously.
My favorite is the avocado & crab with spicy sauce on it. But i get it cooked, still good:)
Raw fish is not recommended during pregnancy. Try avocado sushi or other veggie sushi. Just tell whoever at the sushi place you are pregnant and what they recommend.
I get the Reggae roll, it's cooked at my local sushi bar. Avacado, strawberry, mango, shrimp and soft crab(may be imitation because it's so cheap) I only get it when I'm craving it though.
Women in Japan eat it every day, online I read the only reason they don't want you to have it is that you might be more sensitive to parasites, and if its not a good sushi place, bacteria, I ate sushi, my body, my choice. So I say its up to you.
Just get the cooked rolls
