I don't smoke. I don't drink and I eat rather healthy foods. I had a normal healthy pregnancy with my son who is 3 1/2 and when he turned 1 my husband and I decided to try again. We ended up having 3 miscarriages in 2 years. We are now 10wks preg again and so far everything looks good. Miscarriages happen. There's no science to it as much as people want to try and think there is. I tried to come up with reasons to explain mine but there never was a reason or cause. They just happened. And I have friends that smoke drink do drugs and can't seem to spit kids out fast enough. But it's just the way it is.

Just because women can get pregnant even when unhealthy doesn't mean you should not try to be healthy. You should always try your best to live a healthy lifestyle, not only for your own health and well being, but also to give your future baby the best possible chance at a healthy life. What you do right before pregnancy and during pregnancy does have an effect on the child. If the mother has a lot of stress during pregnancy, her baby can have problems with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and so on later in life because of the high amounts of cortisol(stress hormone) in the mother's blood during pregnancy. Smoking right before pregnancy or during pregnancy also has a large number of effects on the baby/child. The effects may not be apparent right away, but they will manifest themselves at some point down the line. That is why you should always try to live a healthy lifestyle. Do what you can to make sure you are healthy and ready for pregnancy.

Well I know all that talk on you should prepare your self for pregnancy and not smoke bla bla bla but people let's also face the fact that even the most healthiest person alive will have a miscarriage or end up having a child who would end up having a asthma or other illness but it's always best to for every one to say be healthy Which is good. My sister was smoking and sometimes had the occasional drug and she ate so wrong but she kept getting pregnant insteatly. She is very fertile. Like I said it all depends on the person. You need to know your own body and be comfortable on what you do. My sister had a healthy boy and his 5 years old now and she has had two abotions and she still is fertile. Don't stress too much go see a doctor and they will tell you just eat right don't smoke bla bla bla because they need to of course but to me I just think give your body a break. It's probably your partners sperm as well some men don't produce enough sperm so get him to see a doctor to check it and he may need to be the one to eat right and not smoke lol.

Miscarriages are a lot more common than you think and most women will experience at least one miscarriage in their reproductive years. Depending on your body and lifestyle, you may be more or less likely to conceive. You should always be eating a healthy diet, no alcohol, no smoking, regular exercise, and so on to prepare for a pregnancy. If you are worried, make a doctor's appointment to have your hormone levels checked and to see if you are ovulating and to just make sure everything is good. How long have you been with your boyfriend? The reason I ask is, even with a planned pregnancy, sometimes the stress of a baby can be too much for a couple. My friend was with her fiance for 5 years and he walked out on her when she was 6 months pregnant. No one expects it to happen to them, but it does happen at times. That's why so many people urge others to wait until they are married to have children, so that the children are born into a solid, stable relationship. Good luck with it all.

Darl I know alot of people whohave had a miscarriage and then tried again for so long. It's because your body is still trying to heal from the last. I know it is a head doer and I'm no expert but it will happen at the time you less expect it to. And if you are getting your regular periods then it will of course happen but only your body knows when it's the perfect time. Do not try force it. Give your body a rest for a while to settle then try again and it will make a huge difference :) there is nothing wrong with you it's just natural. Miscarriages can happen from stress or drinking or not eating right ir smoking etc... Sometimes even if your the most healthiest person alive. Life is a mystery and any thing can happen but you need to think of it as it just was not meant to be and believe in your self and have trust in your heart that you will have a healthy pregnacy soon. My friend was on the pill and after she stopped it she was trying for 2 years but she couldn't because her body was still healing and trying to get back into it's natural and normal routine. Take me for instants I'm 23 years old been having unprotected sex for 3 years now but have never gotten pregnant and I have normal periods. Every one is different but me and my partner are careful he always pulls out before but there has been a few time where we would do it a second time straight after and I still haven't gotten pregnant an usually when you *** the first time there would be left over *** so when you do it a second time the precum
