Wow 4 times a day!! If they don't help you with that, ask your doctor or the one who is selling it to you if you are getting it from a pharmacist. He might be knowing how to operate it. They want to check your random blood sugar levels to see if you are progressing well.
No I'm getting a machine to check my sugar and my pee but wasn't told how to use it I was just told to prick my finger 4 times a day wtf idk and she was kind of rude so I didn't feel comfortable asking questions she made me feel like I was bothering her & damn that's along time wonder why they're making u wait
Exercise machine? My doctor just asked me to check online for pregnancy exercises and follow their instructions. You too can google for it for pregnancy execises suitable for your pregnancy weeks. I'm just clueless about the numbers of my test need to wait for another two weeks until I meet my doctor. It horrible.

Plus I was once asked to do some exercise suitable during pregnancy and 30 mins of walking to prevent from getting gestational diabetes. I actually didn't flow my doctors (diabetologist) advice. But I can ask you to eat vegetarian food more and perform more exercise. Also eat brown rice often and cook with less oil. You can improve from your condition hun.
Do you know the numbers of your blood sugar level? I tested for mine yesterday and have my doctors iappointment in two weeks time. I'm really unsure if I have GD. My fasting blood sugar was 93, one hour 75 g glucose was 148 and two hours was 110. I read somewhere online saying fasting blood sugar should be less than 92. I'm really confused.
Yes I had her vaginally, don't worry you can still start eating healthy now try and treat yourself to your cravings maybe once a week or have your unhealthy craving just a small portion I know it's easier said than done. But try not to stress cause that doesn't help either.
I regret not eating healthy since the day I found out I was pregnant my eating is not the worst but I don't eat as Much as I'm suppose to and oh wow did u deliver her vaginally ? I really don't want a c section
I had it with my last pregnancy hopefully I don't have it this time around, I was really upset too. Just eat healthy lots of greens proteins and try and stay away from white breads and carbs I eat whole wheat everything and brown rice to avoid it happening this time around. Just make sure you eat healthy and exercise so it doesn't stick after pregnancy! Having a big baby causes gestational diabetes my girl was 9lbs when she was born.
