Hey, I had the fear of post-partum depression, I have a history of depression, also.. So far it's been 3 weeks and it hasn't shown.
I wanted to also wish you luck! Finally got a minute to come check up on here. Cant wait for your update.

Oh yeah, I agree on the eating part... I didn't eat before I went in and I threw up 5 times during labor and delivery and I felt so sick and shaky. I held my daughter for a few minutes and then had to hand her to the nurse because I was afraid I was going to puke on her or drop her. So... definitely eat tonight and in the morning before you go in!!!

I hope you have a quick and speedy delivery without complications!!!

Thank you ladies for all your support. I am going to be heading to bed to get rested up for D Day... I think my biggest fear right now is postpartum depression. I have a mental health record with depression so I am terrified. My doctor said that since I am not breastfeeding that he will send me home with a anti depressent... Has anyone else had this fear?

Best advice I can give you...eat all you can tonight b/c you're not going to be able to eat tomorrow.  Take a diary and write down your feelings at the start of labor so you can go back and read everything that you're feeling.  Remember to relax and practice your breathing and if you need to put people out of your room to catch a break then you do that.  Good luck lady and we cant wait to hear the update!

I still can't believe you didn't have him weeks ago!!! But good luck tomorrow again, and I hope you have an easy delivery :) Oh yeah, go walking some more tonight (if it's not to uncomfortable...)!! I'll be waiting for pics and updates when you get a chance!!!
