2nd pregnancy...afraid of asking for help?

I have a 15 almost 16 month old and pregnant with the 2nd due in december. With being sick with a sinus infection and having a sick toddler on top of my kidneys still giving me issues and still being exhausted from pregnancy and not sleeping at night because i cant breathe i am starting to get annoyed when my 15 month old gets whiney and cranky. My house is a disaster and i have absolutely NO Energy To get up and clean when i know its going to make me physically hurt. I feel terrible asking my husband for help, and my in laws arent exactly the most understanding my family lives in a completely different state. Im at a loss. I dont know what to do. :( im not afraid to admit i need help...i just hate to ask my husband for help when he works 70 hours a week and i refuse to ask my in laws because i really dont want a lecture as to how when they were pregnant and on bedrest they were up cleaning cooking and running around after a child and that if i was a good mother id manage. :(

Any suggestions?

Yep. Seen several doctors before pregnant and let my OB know at my appointment. There is no infection whatsoever and no stones. Ive been battling this since last august and keep getting blown off for it. :( but my OB is running tests for kidney function to make sure they are at least working properly. If i go in to the ER they will tell me take tylenol and send me home after they tell me what i already know so its pointless. :/ the only way i would get help at an er is if i drive 2 hours to where my Ob office is and use their hospital.

Have you seen your doctor about the flank pain? If your pain is a 9/10 id be worried about a stone or a bad infection, seriously girl...get to the doctor! Tell them your pain is so severe you are unable to complete normal daily activities. As for the other stuff, I totally get it. My first child was 19 months when I had my second and it surely was a challenge. I don't have much advise, bc my husband worked long hours 6 days a week and I didn't have any help either, and was scared to ask.

I think my biggest problem is knowing it will cause severe flank/kidney pain. I dread the pain so much i dont want to move around because i know its going to hurt. On a pain scale of 1-10 im looking at about a 9. As terrified as i am about being hospitalized, i would rather be in the hospital than deal with the pain that comes from everyday activities.

Try doing it little by little I am the same way there are times my house looks like a tornado hit the inside of mi house and my hubby works 12 hours a day six days a week so I feel bad to ask him but he does offer to help when he sees that I'm having a hard time just getting out of bed and in only 35 weeks and I'm the type of person that likes to do it herself so its very hard for me to ask for help I have two kids a two year old and a three year old
