Hello all,I'm new to this forum!

Well i'm new and would like to introduce myself to you all. I am a mom to four. Hence my name mommato4. I have two children on earth and two children in heaven. Last year i had two miscarriages, they both were early before 7 weeks. Tests were done and everyhing was fine, just a fluke they said. It has been very hard on me but my faith in God has pulled me through. We werent really trying to get pregnant it just happened. I can not take bc so we just use condoms and here there would skip around and bam i was pg. After my first m/c i had a period and bam i was pg again. They both were natural m/c. I was shocked, i was 28 and had two healthy children(ages 10 and 6) I never thought this would happen. Now its seems harder on  me than ever . My body has been so chaotic. I have never had so much acne and my periods are so missed up. I am at least 10 days late for my period every month. Which is driving me crazy. I do want more children ,but i'm scared to death. I'm afraid my body isn't ready because of the missed up hormones. Last month i was 21 days late and thought i was pg and wasnt. Its been about 9 months since my last m/c. I'm just wondering how long its going to take for me to be myself again? Well this is my short story about my life . Feel free to reply your story so we can get to know each other better..Thanks in advance ladies. Have a great night...

I find out May 19th what im having. Im very excited as im also very out numbered by the *boys* in my family lol. <---- needs backup ;)

This pregnancy was a fluke, and I love telling the story because I NEVER in my life thought it could happen. I got pregnant after my husband had got a vasectomy and I was on birth control.

The lord works in mysterious ways so I wont complain to much....I just dont see why he has also blessed me with severe heartburn lol.

I am wishing the best for you.

Me too. You are much younger than me though. I think its my biological clock ticking or something. Its weird i thought my family was complete with two children. But when i got pg unexpectedly and had my first m/c it made it feel like something was missing. i know i cant replace my babies and never would want to. I just cant help but want more now that im getting older and might not be able to ..  i know im a mess huh. I do hope you get your hearts desires i know God promises them.

Gosh, the only things I've found are some pretty hardcore medications that have serious side effects. So I'm stuck just excersising and eating right. Hopefully something switches gears here! I'd like to have another baby sometime soon!!!

No kidding. Whoever thought this would happen after a m/c. I wasnt even this bad with my children. I bounced back fast. Which i guess my age could be a factor this time. I am much older now. 29 that is. I feel young at heart though. And apparently look young too. Everytime i go to my daughters school everyone thinks im her sister. I did have her young .I was 18. And shes 10 in the middle school. My hair is thick as well. I have to thin it out often. When you figure out how to kick your hormones in gear let me know pleeaassee!!!!!!!!!LOL

LOL! Well I'm not going bald. Like... think about when your hair goes through it's shedding phase you can brush it and have quite a bit of hair on your brush, right? It's like that only every day instead of every once in a while. But I have incredibly thick hair despite that. Hopefully my hormones will kick into gear and stop being so incredibly annoying!

Hi welcome to the forum. I know that after my miscarriage it took 6 weeks to get a period. I've heard from a lot of people that periods are crazy after a miscarriage. Maybe the Vitex what shilohs_momma suggested will help you. I hope you enjoy being on here! Everyone is super friendly and if you ever have any questions its always answered reasonably quickly! :)

Not really, at Vitamin World it's between $7-$9 (they have sales every month) for 50 days worth!  Here is the link....http://www.****.com

FYI, I am 8 days late now and still taking Vitex, I will update you if it worked again=o)
Oh, also make sure and stop taking when you do become preg then you can restart after you have the baby or after you stop breastfeeding.  It's not recommended during that time.  I was still taking it when I found out I was 8 wks preg and I didn't have any probs, just stopped it then.

Welcome to the forum! I, too, have crazy hormonal problems. I have high testosterone which can affect your ability to become pregnant. My hair falls out in alarming amounts and my periods are always late. Also my forehead has broken out (something I've never had before!). Hopefully you can find answers. Ask your doctor to check your hormone levels to make sure nothing more serious could be going on!

I hope you do become pregnant again with a healthy little baby!

i was on progesterone years ago to regulate my periods, it does work. I would only have one like every two months or so . But i did hate it , it made me so moody and i had hot flashes too. Hope it works for you too ..

I know what you mean. I have Seth (7yrs) and Anna (4yrs) and had my first miscarriage on the 20th March. My body is still going nuts.

My first AF after the miscarriage was 15 days long and only stopped because the doc put me on Progesterone. I have now finished the 10 days of Progesterone and am starting another AF today.

If all goes well (meaning if it stops after 5 days) then hopefully I can TTC again soon!

I've already put my LMP into a calculator and come up with the 8th Feb for the due date of my next bub!

Hello, I just got on here yesterday so we are both new=o)  We tried for over 3yrs to have a baby.  I had Graves (a thyroid prob) and have never really had a "normal" period.  I finally came across an article in a womans magazine about an herbal supplement called Vitex Chastree.  It was said that woman who had been trying for yrs took it and got on a very normal schedule and most were prego w/in 6mths!!  So, figuring I had nothing to loose but an off cycle I tried it.  W/in the first month I didn't have any pms or cramping.  By the second month I actually had a 31 day cycle, by the third month we were prego!  I love this stuff, it is herbal no crazy chemicals, it's good for all your woman needs and hormones, and you just take 2 a day.  I get mine from Vitamin World.  I hope this info is helpful to you.  God bless, Jen
