I don't really have too much advice but you can up your fiber or take a stool softener ti help go. The blood doesn't necessarily mean a hemroid, it could just ve if it's too big or from the strain, but if you keep straining you can deff end up with one
Start drink.more water even if you think you're drinking enough, more fiber based foods and make sure you're not getting too much iron as that'll constipated you. Try taking colac, that's the only laxative my Dr said is safe during pregnancy cause its not super strong but will help. Also as far as a hemrroid make sure you always keep it clean down there I use baby wipes, try using tucks wipes with the witch hazel that'll help it from getting worse and help it go away if you do have one.
