To all of you ttc!

after my first miscarriage one of the drs i was seeing said to only try every other day. she said it was best to give the sperm a day to rest.. she also said to start trying 4 days earlier than ovulation. like on the 10th day after period, if you have a normal cycle that is. has anyone else heard this?

I've heard of this, yes. And it's not necessarily to let the sperm rest, but so that the testes can create healthier sperm, stronger sperm. Thanks for the reminder!

Sorry for your loss. Yes to both things. The reason why i was told about starting earlier was because once you ovualte the cervix? thickens so its better to have the sperm there waiting for the egg
