I didn't gain any weight the first two trimesters. Now that I'm 35+5 I've gained about 15 pounds. My daughter.is perfectly healthy and my doctor wasn't too worried about it and said I'm right on track.

As long as your baby is healthy than everything is fine. I'm 31 weeks and have only gained 5 pounds.

Nausea and morning sickness will make you lose or not gain weight. If your doctor isn't worried you shouldn't be either. Just make sure you eat and stay hydrated and drink your prenatals.
