Bleeding/Spotting after orgasm

I'm almost 32 weeks pregnant. Today after orgasming I went to the bathroom and saw dark red slimy blood. Called my doc. He told me if I started bleeding bright red or cramping every 5 min to go to the hospital. But he didn't tell me what it could possibly be?? It was after hrs so I didn't wanna bother him.  Now it's just light spotting/brown blood. Just wondering if anyone has gone through this. Thanks!

Actually my doctor told me that bleeding lightly and cramping after intercourse is normal. If you're cramping and bleeding heavily then yes go to the hospital, but she said that's normal after sex because of something with the cervix. Forgive me that I don't remember exactly, but I had the same problem.

Well since its during brown its probably gonna stop..u didn't say if iu had intercourse or not because u could possibly just been sensitive up there. It happens sometimes. If it doesn't stop then call your Dr againhe doesnt mind its the weekend they probably get several calls, their use to it
