9 weeks pregnant no heartbeat and bleeding

Hey, i am 9 weeks 4days pregnant and started bleeding 3days ago (first pink, then red then brown and red again). I did my first u/s yesterday and they said the baby's size is that of 8weeks and did not find a heartbeat. My bleeding is not very heavy, i have no cramps or pain and my first hcg levels are 23998. I am repeating the blood test tomorrow, but do you think my baby still has a chance?

I agree with Alaysha and from personal experience, I don't think this will be a viable pregnancy.  I had virtually the same thing happen last December and lost my first pregnancy.  Hang in there!

Honestly by 9 weeks (even 8 weeks) you should be hearing or seeing the heartbeat. Also with the bleeding it sounds like it is a miscarriage. I am so sorry that you are going through this.
