What does it mean when you "pop" no I don't mean poop, I read a post on here that said u should get a c section so u don't "pop"

From what someone told me it is pelvic organ prolapse. What causes it I am not sure but some mom on here was freaking out other moms by making it seem as though without a c section you are most certainly going to die. Unless there is some complication with your pregnancy your odds of having it happen are pretty low. And as long as you are giving birth in a hospital I would not really worry since there is medical staff on hand in the event of a very rare emergency. I will tell you that I had a c section with my son and while it was not the way I had things planned he still came into this world healthy and is an amazing child. My c section was never painful just uncomfortable from the stitches healing and the getting the sticky tape off was insane. I think my husband ended up using a small amount of goo gone to help get it off me haha. So don't worry. :)
