Can i eat tuna? I want it sooo bad lol

Yes love it I have it at less 2 times a week with all my baby's and there are 8 and 3 and in good health

Is the kind in the package from the store ready to eat considered fully cooked?

There is a concern for the level of mercury in tuna and other deep sea fish. As said above you're just supposed to limit how much you eat (unless your having nausea and it's one of the only things you can eat then you're better off eating more of it) Other deep sea fish are off limits al together for the same reason. It's a only precautionary, I don't think there has ever been any actual documented cases of eating too much tuna being an issue.

You can have 6-12 ounce of tuna a week. It had to be fully cook
