I wouldn't stress about it, as long as you're not eating for 10, then that's just what your body needs to nourish your baby, it will come off! :)
Don't stress with my first I started at 118 lb and by the end. I was 158 lb :) the weight came off quickly! I'm sure u will loose it fast:)
Don't be self conscious about it you still pretty (:
Thank you everyone! You guys make me feel better about the weight.. This is my first and i am trying to get use to all of the new changes :)
Eat all you want of fruits and veggies and fresh, whole foods. Don't worry about counting calories!
Yes, don't stress about weight. I gained more than I thought I would with baby number one but it came off. Best advice I can give you based on my pregnancy and those of LOTS of in-laws and friends is to avoid sugar and processed foods as much as you possibly can. That will allow your body to gain however much it needs to for you and your baby while keeping it easy to get off later.
Thank you, i just worry so much. I feel like i should cut calories but i know my little man needs them. His health is my main priority.
I was 120 too. I wanted to add the weight gain slows down in the last couple of months.
I gained 50 pounds my whole pregnancy. I dropped 15 by the time I came home. It's been 3 days and i've lost 7 more pounds in water wieght. Gain whatever you gain. It's comes off easy.
I weighed a little less than 120. I know i've gained a lot. I am really self-conscious about it too :(
How much you weight before you became pregnant?!
I'm worried about my weight. I've gained about 25-30 lbs depending on when i weigh.
Everyone is going to gain differently and when they gain it. I'm 36+6 and I have gained 4 pounds for my whole pregnancy. With my first I gained 63 pounds, and my second 24 pounds.
