Ultrasound eight weeks

Basically I was wondering if you can be four weeks further along in pregnancy and no one realizing it... Like if you get a transvaginal ultrasound and you are 8 weeks pregnant based off LMP, would the ultrasound technician know if you were actually 12 weeks along? When I got the ultrasound done the girl barely spoke to me but she didn't change my due date based on my LMP and my due date was never changed throughout the whole pregnancy but I am just being kind of paranoid I guess. So my question is, if you were further along in pregnancy by a month would the ultrasound tech and or doctor realize it at some point?

My ultrasound tech asked me if i was sure about my date of conception bc she said I was 2 weeks and 6 days farther than I thought. They will definitely know, maybe you should ask next time(:

No that's super rare, they base their age guesses on development of the fetus. At 8 weeks your baby is like a little worm with nubs, by 12 weeks they would have developed their limbs already, so its quite a big mix up
