I'm only 16 weeks, but I've been doing some pregnancy Pilates! It's fun, it's low intensity, but makes my legs sore the next day! Look some up on YouTube! There's one that I found that has several ten minute sessions focusing on different muscle groups done by a very pregnant lady... She's good!
