It's a....

So I'm 20 weeks as of today and  yesterday  I found out that I'm having a little girl! She weighs 12 oz and growing right on track :) this explains the weight gain in my thighs and butt :( any suggestions on how to safely work that weight off??

I'm only 16 weeks, but I've been doing some pregnancy Pilates! It's fun, it's low intensity, but makes my legs sore the next day! Look some up on YouTube! There's one that I found that has several ten minute sessions focusing on different muscle groups done by a very pregnant lady... She's good!
