Help!!! Constipation

This is emberrasing but I need help. I'm 15weeks with my second child, n i just recently started feeling constipated and im not shure what i can and can't take. Do any of yall ladys have any suggestions. I really do not wana suffer thru this for the rest of my pregnancy!!! Helppp

Sunkist makes cherry and orange essence prunes one or two a day will do the trick and they taste amazing. Even my seven year old twins like them.

My ob said miralax plus I mixed it with apple juice it worked great

Nothing helped me but dolcolax. It was recommended by the nurse who works at my doctors office.  dosage is 1-3 little pills and I took 2 pills and it did the trick.

Cup of room temp prune juice and a bowl of fiber one cereal. Gross but worked like a charm.

The thing that helped me the most, they have these things by the fiber one bars at walmart (idk the brand, it might actually be fiber one) and they are brownies and i know they are 90 calories a piece. They taste amazing and they do have lots of fiber to help keep you regular. Also prices worked for me too but of course they don't taste quite as good as the brownies. :)

Yeah the fruits work but eat them every day and as much as u can , first is gona be harder case is stuck but after is way better . Good luck

Did eating all that fruit n coffe help. I cant drink coffe it always hurts my stomach but i will definately go buy some fruit

I had the same i just star eating more fruit a day and realy helps i try to eat 4 prunes a least or 4 nectarines or grapes i eat it also befor food case by the time i finish eating maybe somethig will came out ,oru can have a caffe before any thing and it helps
