Low placenta

I'm currently 19 wks. I went for my anatomy scan today and found out that I'm having a girl. I wanted to have a girl because I already have my boy. My excitement was short because I found out my placenta is lying low. I had a c-section with my son which is the main reason my placenta is low. My Dr. said he'd do another scan in 4wks to see if the placenta moves up. Has anyone had this problem and if so can u leave your comments and feedback?

My Placenta also lying low since my first week of pregnancy and now I'm 24 weeks it is still lying low that's why doctor ask me to take duphaston.... And it's my first pregnancy.
